Jamshedpur, September 26: Andhra Sporting Union defeated Aruna Samity by 5 – 3 in tie breaker to win the JSA Super Division Football League at JRD Tata Sports Complex on Monday evening. Earlier the match ended on a 1- 1 draw after the scheduled time.
From Andhra Sporting Union Mahesh Mardi opened the scoring in the 20th minute of the match while Aruna Samity’s Arvind Lakra scored the equalizer in the minute.
Best Goal Keeper Award in the name Ramesh Mehta Memorial Trophy and Nike Football was given to Hoping of Aruna Samity. Highest Goal Scorer in the name of P Vijay Kumar Memorial Trophy and Nike Football Boot to Arvind Lakra of Aruna Samity. He scored 15 goals in league matches.
Earlier expulsion due to double fault: by J.No. 10 at 29 & 63 mts – Arvind Lakra of Aruna Samity. Caution to J. Bo. 18 – 60 mts to Chetan Mukhi of Aruna Samity.
Referee for the match were Navin Sundi, Suchit Toppo, Rohit Singh and Uday Bhumij.

In the Premier Division league matches played at Tata Motors ground on Monday, Jharkhand SC and NPSC match ended in a 1-1 draw. Kalay Banra scored for Jharkhand SC while Natho Hembram scored for NPSC.
In the A Division match played at Armoury ground, BLSFA won by 1 – 0 against GFA. Lal Mohan Hansda scored the goal in the 24th minute. Caution to J. No.. 11 – Nitesh Karua – 42 mts and Rakesh Karmakar, J.No. 5 – 68 mts of BLSFA.
