Jadugora: MLA of Potka Menka Sardar laid the foundation stone of a community building in Sohda village of Jadugora on Wednesday. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 5.88 lakh.
In her address, the legislator said the villagers had long been demanding a community building in the area. She said the community building would be ready by January next year. She said the villagers will be able to organize various community events in the new building.
Among those present on the occasion included Sudipto Dey, Dulal Gope, Rakhal Singh, Kalicharan Singh, Latan Singh, Abhiram Singh, Nayake Uttam Singh, Krishna Singh and Sudhir Gope.
