Chaibasa: The deputy commissioner-cum-returning officer of West Singhbhum today said that preparations were on to create a database of necessary information such as phone number and other emergency helpline numbers at three levels.
The preparation is being done to ensure smooth communication during Lok Sabha election. The database is being prepared at the level of returning officer, block development officer and polling booth.
The DC said the staff of all cells set up for the elections had been asked to collect necessary information and feed the same into the database. Necessary information regarding the elections is being disseminated among the people. All cells are collecting data in this regard, he said.
