Ranchi: The MLA of Rashtriya Janata Dal Janardan Paswan has expressed resentment over the functioning of the state government. He has threatened to keep away from the next budget session.
Speaking to scribes, he said there was no justification in continuing with the government when IAS officers were being transferred in mere 24 hours. He said if the transfer of the deputy commissioner of Chatra was not cancelled, he will not take part in the upcoming session of the Jharkhand Assembly.
“It is strange that the government changes the notification regarding the transfer of IAS officers in just 24 hours. This sends wrong message among the people. The bureaucrats are being handled like puppets,” said the MLA.
The MLA said he wanted the state government to mend its ways and improve the system of transfer and posting of bureaucrats. He said the procession should be made transparent and no official be sent anywhere in such an abrupt manner.
