Ranchi, Mar 14: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader Mohan Bhagwat today gave a clarion call to the people of the state and other forested parts of the country to extend their support to the nation to make it the world ‘guru’ in the next 20 to 25years.
Bhagwat was addressing a gathering at the Birsa Munda football stadium at Morabadi on the occasion of silver jubilee celebration of ‘Ekal Abhiyan’ (unity campaign). He said the people living in forests should come forward and participate in the national campaign to build a stronger nation which could go on to lead the world as it once did. The RSS chief said it was possible to make India a world leader through concerted efforts by the people of the country. He said the aim could be achieved by protecting Hinduism and its followers. Bhagwat further said that a large number of people had joined the unity campaign of RSS till date. In the beginning, there were only a few persons with us, he said.
