Ranchi: Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma today gave 20 point tasks to the DCs of various districts of Jharkhand. She is scheduled to leave for Japan on 10th October. On 16th October, the progress of work given to all the districts will be reviewed at 5 pm. She said that no slackness should be shown in the completion of the tasks. At the same time, she directed the DCs to allot work to all DDCs, ADCs and BDOs and fix their responsibility.

“All commercial court entries, holding and plot number entries should be ensured cent percent. Industry, pollution control and energy should be compositely resolved. 30-40 percent families should download sanitation app in every district and action should be taken promptly.

Camps should be held in wards, schools, bus stands and railway stations. ODF campaign should not slow down and active officers and staff should be promoted. She laid stress that Hazaribag, Zamtara, Khunti, Sahibganj and Latehar must be made ODF by December of this year. She also said to complete the target of 2 lakh houses by 15th November. All DDCs will be made accountable for this,” said Verma.

Regarding the Prime Minister Digital Literacy campaign, the CS said that 100 people should be made literate at panchayat and block level by 15th November. CSC Manager and his team of DeGS should be made responsible for this, she said.

The CS said the development of martyrs’ village will be true tribute to them. Under the Shahid Gram Yojana all modern amenities should be arranged in the identified villages. All districts should achieve their target of giving 5 lakh gas connections in the state under Ujjawala scheme by 15th November 2017.

GeM should be implemented as all purchases will be done through it. Maximum registrations should be ensured under GST on mission mode. Help desk should be made for the businessmen in the districts, she said.

Verma said all exchanges of VLEs, transportation and registration should be cent per cent digital. The DCs will inform on 16th October whether cent percent digital exchange is ensured under the mentioned heads or not. E-POS machines, micro ATM and Rupay cards should be purchased from banks and installed, she said.

The CS said that foundation stones, financial inclusions, distribution of assets, prizes, agriculture seminars, training and awareness campaigns should be done from 1st to 15th November 2017. A work plan should be made and reviewed on 16th October, she said.
