Ranchi: The state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat held a long meeting with Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday on various points related to the state government.
The leader of Congress legislative group and the state finance minister Rajendra Prasad Singh was also present during the meeting. Bhagat apprised the CM of the objections of his party on the points of governance.
He said the party will continue to talk to the CM on matters related to the development of the state and implementation of the various development projects.
The state spokesperson of the party Dr Shailesh Sinha said the state Congress party hoped that a coordination committee will soon be set up to ensure smooth communication among the allies of the state government.
Bhagat said various development issues were discussed during the meeting. The CM said the coordination committee will be formed following due consultation with the alliance partners.
