Jamshedpur : The youth of today is getting engrossed in smoking and drugs day by day. Keeping this motive in mind, a group of teenagers have taken an initiative to convey this message to their own age group.

A short film, Poison made by Shubham Sinha and his team was released on 18th March at SNTI Auditorium in Jamshedpur. This 35 minutes film depicted the story of an aspiring model getting spoilt in company of drugs. The chief guest Mrs. Ruchi Narendran appreciated their efforts and made an appeal to the youngsters regarding the ill effects of drugs and addiction.

It is a story of a girl who belongs to a small town. She comes to Mumbai with a dream of becoming an actress who unfortunately meets the wrong kind of people and gets herself indulged in all sorts of addiction. This movie tells a journey of that girl which started off as a dream and ended up in her early death.

This was Shubham Sinha’s 3rd film. He has already made two short movies “Fight with Failure” and “If I Rise” under the name of Teenagers Production (along with Sanidhya, Sourav, Ashutosh ,Prashant and Yash) based on themes related to burning social causes particularly relevant to youngsters.

The story was written by Aishwarya whereas Ms Anuradha, Priyanka and Saloni were the main charecters in the movie.
