Ranchi: The political parties of the state have started discussing vital issues related to Rajya Sabha elections.
But so far none of the parties has yet come out with its plans. Independent MLAs and MLAs of smaller parties too, are yet to make their stance clear.
All are keeping an eye on the developments on the other side of the fence. Jharkhand Vikas Morcha has convened a meeting to discuss the issue on 20th January at the party headquarters.
Party leaders have admitted that the party is not in a position to claim a say in the election on its own strength.
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has also decided to convene a meeting. Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders are keeping mum on the issue as the decision in this regard will be taken solely by party chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.
