Ranchi: Police recovered four charred bodies from a car in Gunjara forest in Barhi police station area in Hazaribagh on Saturday. The car was totally burnt. Cops have not been able to identify the deceased persons.
Investigators suspect it to be a well-planned crime. They have however not ruled out the possibility of it being an accident. Sources said the car was spotted first by few villagers who had gone to the forest to herd their cattle.
Flames were reportedly still coming out of the car till morning, cops said. A team of police led by DSP of Barhi Avinash Kumar reached the scene and began an investigation into the incident.
