Ranchi: A unity run christened Ekta Daud was organized in the state Capital as part of the nationwide campaign launched by the Bharatiya Janata Party to collect iron implements used by farmers for the construction of world’s tallest statue of Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel in Gujarat.
The run started at Sainik Market and concluded at Albert Ekka Chowk. It was flagged off by former Chief Minister Arjun Munda, Dr Ravindra Rai, BJP state president, and other leaders including Saryu Rai, former MLA of Jamshedpur West.
