Seraikela: Stray dogs wreaked havoc on the people in the Seraikela urban area on Sunday. Two mad dogs attacked as many as 15 people from morning till afternoon.
The victims of dog bite made a beeline at the Sadar Hospital. Sources said the hospital fortunately had sufficient number of anti-rabies vaccines. Local youths have killed one of the dogs. The other dog is out of sight.
