Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today inaugurated five newly created sub divisions of Jharkhand online at Srikrishna Lok Prashashan Sansthan.
The CM said the state was full of plateaus and hills. Hence many people of the state were still far away from basic civic amenities. Earlier people used to find it difficult to go to government offices as they were far-off.
The CM further said that soon more sub divisions will be created with the purpose to facilitate smooth functioning of administration in the various districts of the state. He said the sub divisions had been set up in Khuri Mahua, Dumari, Chainpur, Basia and Simaria. Offices of the sub divisions will soon be set up, he said.
The CM said the government was concerned about the welfare of the people in remote villages and hence was planning to create new sub divisions to facilitate smooth work by the administration.
