News Bits March 24, 2014 , by Desk No Comments on Bootlegger evades arrest 4Chandil: A man accused of dealing in illicit liquor ran away to evade arrest by a team of local police on Monday. The incident took place at Sonahatu Road near Milan Chowk under Ichagarh police station area.
Armarjeet Prasad, officer in charge, Ichagarh police station, said the accused was carrying three jars of country-made liquor on a bicycle. He left the bicycle at the scene before fleeing, cops said.
