Jamshedpur, May 17: Jharkhand’s first six-screen multiplex PJP Cinepolis was opened at P&M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall in Bistupur on Thursday, May 17.
The multiplex was jointly inaugurated by State food and civil supplies minister Saryu Rai and state urban development minister C.P. Singh in presence of renowned film maker Prakash Jha, industrialist R.K. Agarwal and others.
The multiplex will open doors for public viewing on May 18 and online booking of tickets can be done through Paytm, BookMyShow and Cinepolis app.
After official inauguration of the multiplex, Saryu Rai, CP Singh and other guests enjoyed the movie trailers at the most advanced film projection system, JBL’s Surround Dolby Digital DTS Sound System which gave them an extraordinary cinema viewing experience.
They also took a look of the artistically designed lobby and congratulated the owners Prakash Jha and RK Agarwal.
The multiplex which is spread across 40,000 square feet and is well equipped with all the modern facilities and most advanced technologies was appreciated by one and all.
The 6-screen multiplex will accommodate 1000+ seats and will screen 30 film shows daily.
PJP Cinema’s is a joint venture of renowned film producer Prakash Jha and well known industrialist of Jharkhand R.K. Agarwal along with Mexico based multiplex chain Cinepolis.
Movie lovers will also be able to enjoy freshly prepared, high quality food from the concessions located in the spacious cinema lobby. Among some of the specialties will be the different flavors of popcorn-butter salted, caramel and cheese.
Not to be missed is the half-n-half mixed popcorn experience. There is a separate coffee shop under the Brand Name “Coffee Tree” to serve freshly prepared Gourmet food and coffee.
