Well-known as a pioneer of cultural consciousness and ‘pioneer of Haryanvi literature’, Dr. Ramnivas ‘Manav’ is a world-renowned litterateur, as well as a dedicated educationist, selfless socialist, and fair journalist. You are the first Ph.D.,D. Litt.. First Deal on Creative Hindi Literature in Haryana, and the only scholar to receive both these degrees. He has also written two books on the Haryanvi dialect and literature. That is why the eminent litterateur Dr. Balshori Reddy conferred him with the title ‘Pioneer of Haryanvi literature’. For the development of literary, cultural, and social works, he has organized more than five hundred ceremonies and seminars at the national and international level, with the participation of distinguished personalities from about a dozen countries.
Dr. Manav has been associated with education for the last four decades and has a reputation as an ideal teacher. Dozens of his disciples are in high positions. He is associated with a dozen universities in the country as research director, research examiner, the board of studies, research board, and member of the Ethics Committee and as professor and chairman. Under his skillful direction, many of the country’s researchers have received M.Phil, Ph.D., and D. Litt. degrees. Dr. Manav has done commendable work for decades in youth development, public awakening, social reform, and communal harmony as the President of Citizens’ Council, Hisar, and as an advisor to Nehru Yuva Kendra, Hisar. In the eighties, he was associated with Lokvarta News Agency and newspapers like ‘Veer Pratap’ and ‘Dainik Tribune’, whereas he did ‘Arunabh’ (monthly), ‘Pakdhar’ (fortnightly), ‘Anshul Awaaz’ (weekly), and Also edited and published newspapers and magazines like ‘Nitya Adal’ (evening daily). The short story, ghazal, and Doha specialties of magazines like ‘Anumeha’ (Unnao), ‘Punjabi Culture’ (Hisar), and ‘Harigandha’ (Panchkula) were also edited by you.
Not only this but Dr. ‘Manav’ is also known as an ideal father. His daughter Anukreethy was an economics professor at BC University, Boston (US), after receiving education from the best educational institutions in the country and abroad, while now working as an economist at World Bank, Washington (USA). His son Manu Mukt was also an IPS officer, who unfortunately died in an accident six years ago.
Presently, Dr. Manav has formed Manu Muktar ‘Manav’ Memorial Trust in memory of his son and has constructed ‘Manu Mukt Bhavan’ in Narnaul (Haryana), in which a small auditorium, museum, and library have been established. Prizes and honors of two and a half lakh, one lakh, twenty-one thousand (2), eleven thousand (3), eleven hundred (many) rupees are also given annually by the Trust. National-international level programs also run regularly. That is why the ‘Manu Mukt Bhavan’ of Narnaul (Hari) has become prestigious as an ‘International Cultural Center’ in just two and a half years.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar from Marathwada University, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and Anita Rani from Moga writing a dissertation on the subject of ‘Dr. Ramnivas’ Manav’s Hyuku-Poetry: Sensation and Craft’ from Pune’s research student Sheila Ghule. has received a Ph.D. (Hindi) degrees from Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo (Punjab) by writing a dissertation on the topic ‘Cultural Evaluation of Human’ Literature ‘. With this, the number of researchers who have researched the literature of senior litterateur Dr. Ram Niwas ‘Manav’ has increased to seventy-two, out of which fifty have obtained MPhil, twenty-one Ph.D. and one has received the degree of D. Litt. According to the information received, Dr. Manav is the only litterateur of entire Hindi literature whose extensive research work has been done on literature. Both the research students described Dr. Manav as a great litterateur and ideal person and said that it is a matter of pride and pride for us to research his literature.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Ram Niwas ‘Manav’, the author and editor of fifty-five books, is a proven poet, writer, editor, and teacher, as well as the first researcher, official scholar, and skilled researcher of contemporary Hindi literature composed in Haryana. Known as the ‘pioneer of Haryanvi literature’, Dr. Manav is the first and only scholar in the country to receive both Ph.D. and Dealitky on contemporary Hindi literature of Haryana. Under his skillful direction, many researchers have received M.Phil., Ph.D., and D. Litt. degrees. Not only this, his various compositions and books have been included in the courses of half a dozen boards and universities. Many works of Dr. Manav have been translated into seventy major dialects and languages of the world and ten translated books have also been published.
