Jamshedpur: There would be a display of breathtaking acrobatics with perfect man-machine co-ordination as army men would make a spectacular show of scintillating human formations on bikes.

The event is a part of the two-day day Ex-Servicemen Rally and Pension Adalat for former servicemen, and war widows of Jharkhand starting from tomorrow at Gopal Maidan in Jamshedpur.

The stunning display of the feats of the team is one of the various events scheduled to be held as part of the former servicemen meet.Brigadier Navneet Singh Sarna, commander South Western Command, informed that motorcycle team (Tornadoes) of army service corps from Bangalore will perform stunts on Royal Enfield.

The 30-member team will display their talent on 30 Royal Enfield. Various individual and group stunts on the bikes such as handle bar ride, reverse salute, side balance, back vaulting, wheel barrow, solo ladder and the pyramid formation of the riders, among others will be performed.

The team consists of volunteer dispatch riders who are not only proficient in their trade, namely dispatching messages, but are also trained to possess self-determination, mental alertness, courage and skills to ride motorcycles in tandem.

The team from Jamshedpur Kennel Club in association with the 23 Infantry Division on behalf of South-Western Command will also put up a dog show where several dogs will display their stunts.

The main attraction will be Paramotors where Deen Dayal Yadav , Chief Instructor, Para Brigade from Agra along with Yogesh Patel, the 25-year-old para jumping instructor will fly and go up to an altitude of 12000 ft both of the men will display the thrill.

Millitary band display will also be one of the major attractions where 22-23 members of Battalions of Ranchi infantry division will perform.

“We are expecting a turnout of more than 4000 former servicemen, their families and civil population at the venue during these two days. On the inauguration day Lt. Gen Gyan Bhusan, Lt. Gen Ravi Thodge from South Western Command along with large number of military and civil dignitaries will be present.
