Jamshedpur, May 24: Former Jharkhand Minister and independent candidate from East Jamshedpur Assembly constituency is known for his open criticism against wrong government policy matters and appreciation for good moves. A strong Raghubar Das baiter who upset the former Chief Minister’s applecart by dislodging him from the East Jamshedpur VS seat, Saryu Rai has, in a tweet to Hemant Soren suggested that the unused funds for development be collected from the central government and used to refurbish the sagging state economy. Rai mentioned that if his advise is heeded, the state exchequer would stand to gain around Rs 90 thousand crores. The MLA also suggested that the funds could be utilized to pep up the mining sector. He tweeted that if the funds were put to proper use, the prevailing conditions related to returning migrants in the state would also be greatly solved by way of help and employment provisions. He was hopeful that the Narendra Modi government would give its desired nod.
