Jamshedpur, July 16: The Bhayali Mahila Mandal (BMM) Sonari will organize the annual Sri Rani Sati Dadi Mahotsav and Mangal Path on the occasion of Sawan Sindhara on Saturday, August 10 at New CP Club near Sonari Ram Mandir). The Mangal Path will be recited by local Bhajan singer Mahabir Agrawal ‘Munna.’
BMM president Anita Agrawal and secretary Kavita Agrawal stated vide a press communiqué stated that 251 women would recite the Mangal Path led by Mahabir Agrawal. Entry to the event will be for women with their coupons. Devotees will be permitted to offer stoles to the deity. Those interested in offering bhog may contact the organization members. The religious programmes lined up for the holy occasion include Chunri Utsav, Mehendi Utsav, Sindhara Utsav, colourful floats of Dadi Rani Sati, dance performances based on devotional songs and other rituals. These programmes will commence from 3 pm. The organizing committee will comprise members who include Suman Agrawal, Vimla Verma, Varsha Agiwal, Shobha Jain, Vandana Jain, Priyanka Sharma, Sangita Agrawal, Ranjana Kedia, Mira Agrawal, Nilam Agrawal, Shobha Jhajharia, Bela Jhajharia, Priyanka Agrawal, Rashmi Agrawal, Priya Agrawal, Kavita Agrawal and Lata Agrawal.
