Ranchi, Sept. 13: Jharkhand State Cricket Association (J.S.C.A.) is all set to host the Karbon Jharkhand T20 from September 15th to October 2nd 2020. Six teams comprising players only Jharkhand will face each other in 33 matches which will be streamed live on the FANCODE App from 9 AM to 5 PM.

JSCA and all the sports lover of Jharkhand will witness first such event in the entire nation since the outbreak of the pandemic.

The fixture for the tournament has been released. Two matches will be played on the opening day of the tournament on September 15. The first match of the tournament will be between Ranchi Raiders and Singhbhum Strikers in JSCA main ground. Jamshedpur Jugglers will take on Dumka Daredevils in the second match of the day. The tournament will conclude with final to be played on October 2.

As the tournament is being played without the presence of spectators, everyone can watch the match live by downloading the FANCODE App from the Google Store for android phones and the Apple App Store for Iphones. The matches can also be live streamed on the web through www.fancode.com. This tournament is strictly for players registered from Jharkhand and there is no franchisee/team owner or prize money involved. J.S.C.A. is taking all necessary precautions to ensure strict adherence with all the guidelines issued by the government related to the COVID 19 pandemic. A Bio Bubble has been created in the Stadium and strict rules have been put in place for all the players and officials to ensure their safety. All officials and players will reside within the premises of the J.S.C.A. International Stadium. Only players with a negative COVID 19 test report shall be allowed to play. A specific committee headed by the President of the Association has been constituted for enforcing the COVID regulations. Players will have to undergo medical check-ups and thermal screening daily and a Medical Desk is operational round the clock. The players have already started reporting from the evening of 12th September. Practice sessions have started from 13th September, 2020.
