Jamshedpur, July 18: It is not new for artistes from the cultural capital of Jharkhand, Jamshedpur to be precise, making it big in tinsel towns around the country. But adrenalin pumps again as another city talent comes up to grab attention. This time it is the mellifluous voiced Arun Dev Yadav who has taken advantage of one big break and sung the fast-catching-on song, ‘Para…Para’ that has been released on YouTube along with the teaser of the Kangana Ranaut-Rajkumar Rao starrer, ‘Judgmental Haye Kya.’ The song has stormed the social media circuit. The Yadav sung ‘Para…Para’ song has already been liked by more than 26 lakh people. Rachita Arora has composed the music for lyrics written by Prakhar. The film has been produced jointly under the banner of Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and Karma Production of Karan Johar.
Discussing this song that was released on YouTube just a couple of days ago, singing sensation Arun Dev Yadav said that this big Bollywood break had come to him due to his dedication and strong struggle along with people’s love and blessings. “Para…Para has all the ingredients to make it popular among all segments of audience. The composition has touches of fun and frolic, thrill, suspense, drama, comedy and above all touches of the inimitable and immortal Rahul Dev Burman signature,” he opined.
In his five year career in Bollywood tinsel town, Arun has lent his voice to five film songs. He recently dedicated his hugely liked song, ‘Jamshedpur Haye Mera’ sung on the occasion of the centenary of the steel city and released on the Founder’s Day, 3rd March.
Arun’s initial introduction to music was by his school teacher Kavita Biswas. Later he gained in melodious stature under the tutelage of Sangeet Guru Anjan Das. He received ample inspiration from his father, Bhuvaneshwar Prasad Yadav who himself is a good lyricist of Birha and Bhojpuri songs. Arun Kumar Yadav hit the headlines in 2012 when he won top honours in Mahua Channel’s super hit reality show, ‘Suron ka Maha Sangram’ and added glory to the name of Jharkhand and Jamshedpur.
Arun Dev Yadav is a resident of Sadhudera in Birsanagar. He did his schooling in Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalay in Telco and completed his graduation from Karim City and Jamshedpur Cooperative College. His father, Bhuvaneshwar Prasad Yadav is a retired games teacher who was with Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalay. His mother Kusum Yadav is a housewife.
