Jamshedpur, May 29: Jamshedpur Public School (JPS), Baridih, achieved 100% success rate in the CBSE Class 10 exam, the result of which was announced on Tuesday afternoon. All the 143 students of the school who appeared for the exam cleared with brilliant marks.
The top position in the school was bagged by Nikhil Raj Verma who scored 97.4 % followed by Chhavi Sinha 95.6% and Ritika Raj 94.8%.
21 students of the school scored 90 % and above marks while 65 students got 80 % and above.
“We are happy with the performance of our children. The highest percentage has been less but students have performed very well overall. Although we have not done an analysis as whether boys or girls have performed better but it looks like both have done equally good,” said Namita Agarwal, principal, Jamshedpur Public School.
She asked the students to keep working hard as class 10 is not the end of life but it is a start for the big things to come.
