Jamshedpur, July 30: Former BJP Jharkhand president Dr Dineshanand Goswami, in a press meet at Bistupur said that the New Education Policy (NEP) was scientifically designed to provide skill and character to students for enabling them to face the growing and changing challenges at national and international levels.
Dr Goswami was addressing a press conference in Bistupur organized on the directive of the party’s state leadership. He said that this new look education policy had arrived after a wait of 34 years. He observed, “This new policy will enable students to match up to the new challenges and come out on top. NEP will aid in the creation of an Ideal Bharat. This education policy will ensure allround personality development and see a balanced, knowledgeable, patriotic, responsible and skilled community.”
Dr Dineshanand Goswami said that this new education policy was being sought through years by the world of education. “This (NEP) is a complete package of modern scientific method of development which will transform the concept of teaching in particular and education in general. Students, under this new concept, will be more talented, competent and thus armed will be able to successfully take on the newer challenges at an international level,” the former BJP state president said. Other BJP leaders present during the press meet included district president Gunjan Yadav and general secretary Anil Modi.
