The victim, Md. Faizal, class nine student who was a resident of Milat Nagar in Jugsalai, was missing since Friday
morning only to be found dead in a deserted place in Rajnagar by the local police.

According to the information, after an unidentified auto-rickshaw driver dumped a tied sack of modest size on the fields in the remote location the local people of the area informed the Rajnagar police station about the suspected bag following which the police arrived and shifted the body to MGM hospital for autopsy.

The Jugsalai police that was searching for the miss- ing boy for past several hours went to the MGM hospital on receiving the information about the arrival of a body of young boy.

The police on reaching the site called upon the victim’s father Md. Imtiaz who identified the body of his missing son. Md. Imtiaz had lodged a missing report with the Jugsalai police on Friday after his son did not return till late night hours following which the police swung into action.

“We had found his motorcycle parked at Tatanagar railway station parking this morning after which we assumed the boy might have went out of the city without informing his parents,” said Jugsalai police station officials adding that on receiving the information about the arrival of a dead body they rushed to the venue.

The victim’s father had informed the police, in his complaint report, that his son went out of home to collect monthly rental from the renters in the locality at little distance from home.

“When we found his mobile phone switched off on repeated calls we approached the police in,” said the inconsolable father.

The Jugsalai police station in-charge, A K Mishra informed that so far there’s no arrest in this connection however three people, learnt to be the renters of the victim, are being questioned.
