Jamshedpur: A delegation of Bhojpuri Nav Chetna Manch met district education superintendent and insisted that lottery for admission in private schools is done under the supervision of BDO and executive magistrate.
The delegation led by its president Appu Tiwari has demanded quashing of all lotteries that have been done so far. The organization has alleged that lotteries of admission of students are being done in non-transparent manner in private schools.
The organization also demanded that rules must be followed strictly in publication of second merit list, re-admission and hiking of school fees.
It also demanded an inquiry on allegations of donations during admission process in certain schools in the city.
