BJP organises ‘Vijay Sankalp’ programme in Jamshedpur
Jamshedpur, March 24 : Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinhaon Sunday said that the Union Government has opened doors of opportunity in Jharkhand and people will give a befitting reply to opposition’s divisive policies in the Lok Sabha election.
He was addressing BJP workers at the party’s ‘Vijay Sankalp’ programme at Michael John auditorium in Bistupur. Sinha said the opposition parties are power mongers and they have united against Prime Minister NarendraModi.
He described the Mahagathbandhan as ‘Mahamilavat’. He said that the Modi-led government has closed shops of the opposition parties during its tenure. The oppositionparties have entered an alliance out of fear of Modi, but the people of the country will give them a befitting reply.
He also motivated the workers to get ready for next election. He deliberated minutely on issues pertaining to the strengthening of the booth committees.
Sinha highlighted development projects undertaken by the central government in Jharkhand, including the multi-purpose Konar dam in his home district Hazaribag. He claimed that the India’s first prime ministerPt Jawaharlal Nehru had visited Hazaribagh 64 years ago for the multi-purpose project, but it was only after Modi came to power the dam saw the light of the day.
He added that the demand for an airport in Dalbhumgarh remained unfulfilled for decades, but the Modi government recently laid its foundation, Sinha said. The new airport will also generate employment. More and more people will benefit from airport.
He hailed the relentless effort of local BJP MP BidyutBaranMahato, who will contest the election from Jamshedpur parliamentary seat for the second term. He said the NDA has opened bank accounts for poor people, constructed toilets, and distributed LPG gas connections, all in a span of 60 months.
He said that the BJP workers are determined to bring a complete majority in the Centre again under the leadership of Prime Minister NarendraModi. He asked the party members to inform the voters that if Congress comes to power than the country would witness anarchy like situation source.
Sinhaalso motivated the workers to get ready for polling. He deliberated minutely on issues pertaining to the strengthening of the booth committees.
Jharkhand is set for a four-phase LokSabha election for 14 constituencies on April 29, May 6, 12 and 19.
