Jamshedpur: Kerala Public School KPS Kadma in association with Moral Re-Armament (MRA) is organizing a three-day youth conference in the city.

Noted speaker and youth director of MRA, Viral Mazumdar presented extensive talk on the four principals of leading an ideal social life.

The camp aimed at building self confidence and leadership skills among youths so that they feel encouraged to contribute as agents of change in society. The participants had the opportunity to analyse their strengths, weakness as well as develop personal goals based on their understanding of themselves.

Biswajit Roy Chowdhary, Chief, Jharkhand Steel Project not only motivated the participants to be leaders but also instilled within them with the confidence to become thinking members of society.

“The fundamentals of the three-day session is aimed at inspiring the young minds in leading an ideal life based on the principles of honesty, purity, love and selflessness,” said a former Kerala Samajan Trust official to the reporters here on Thursday.

The visiting delegates, between the age group of 16 and 24, will share their experience of odd instances, if any, they had confronted in their life so far so forth while trying to live up to the high moral standards of life.

The delegates will seek valuable guidance from the panelist on how they could reinvent themselves so that they can lead an ideal social life and at the same time avoid incurring the wrath of people keen on ‘short cut’ to success at the cost of the core principles of mankind.

The Chief Guest emphasised the need for such camps and stated that its impact will be experienced over the long term.
The sessions focussed on imbibing qualities of leadership, commitment, team building, satisfactory relationships and effective living.
