JNAC must also proactively act in Dhatkidih A, B, Block. There rampant illegal building construction taking place. Builders are taking advantage and making lots of money in this process. They are giving this illegal building on rent to illegal migrants causing public outrage. Hope JNAC eyes will be open soon and take action and not give excuse as they do not have enough resources.

We are the few remaining Hindu family and businesses in the Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur. Law abiding Indian citizens who pays our taxes on regular basis. With great concern we would like to bring to your notice that a violation in construction of residential building or market complex Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur.

With so many illegal apartment constructions taking place in Dhatkidih soon we will be displaced in our own country. There are few Muslim builders in Dhatkidih area who are not sticking to original plans (G+2 level) and taking advantage of this making multi stories apartments causing great concern to us. These builders borrowing public money from banks and playing around with system to scam and never pays back. In our community people are thing of taking out from banks who give loans to this type builders and rather use this money for better cause.

Earlier, whenever there was a violation in construction of residential flats or market complex, we used to draw the attention of JNAC so that necessary steps could be taken against the builder. But, when we realized that the civic body pays lip service to our complaints and takes no concrete step to stop unauthorized constructions, we decided to also inform the deputy commissioner’s office. Unfortunately, the deputy commissioner’s office too has failed to do much.

We are a small community in this area and always voted for your party in any election. Most of us are nervous and would like see some concrete action against these builder who are not registered and doing illegal work.
