Wheels 2019 concludes with prize distribution ceremony

Jamshedpur, Jan. 14: Jonita Gandhi, the voice behind chartbuster tracks like “The Breakup Song” (Ae Dil Hai Mushkil) and “Sau Tarah Ke” (Dishoom) rocked Jamshedpur with her hit numbers on the concluding day of ‘Wheels 2019’ at Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium.

The crowd at the venue enjoyed the concert till late in the night. Jonita Gandhi began her performance with “The Breakup Song” at 9.30 pm and the non-stop energy performance forced the engineers to sing with her and dance to her tunes. Everyone present at the stadium appreciated Jonita’s soulful voice and beautifully expressive face.

Jonita didn’t disappoint the crowd and along with her hit numbers she doled out songs of yesteryears that made for an eventful evening.

‘Pani Da Rang’ song from Vicky Donor made the audience dance which converted the stadium into a dance floor. She tried to create an impression by saying ‘Make Some Noise’ and ‘I Won’t Dance’. She further tried to dole out evergreen songs like ‘Lag Ja Gale’ from the movie ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster’.

She continued her rocking performance as she sang her own song from the movie Dangal ‘Gilehriyaan’ and also ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum Hi Ho’

The next on the list was a sad song from ‘Saadi Sachchi Mohabbat Kachchi Reh Gayi’ from the movie Manmarziyan. She dedicated it to the love birds. The evening unfolded with the parody of old songs. Dance medley added more colour to the event and Jonita’s dance numbers virtually made the stadium rock. At around 11 pm singer Gajendra Verma took the stage and the crowd started chanting ‘Tera Ghata’ and the singer obliged by taking off with his hit number.
