Jamshedpur, July 2: It was at the behest and enterprise of the executive committee of Agrasen Bhawan that the crematorium ground for the residents of Jadugoda and nearby places was provided for which parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahto had promised the installation of a high mast light and construction of boundary wall along the four sides of the crematorium christened, ‘Mukti Dham,’ meaning ultimate salvation.
This was stated by the general secretary of the Agrasen Bhawan executive committee, Dr Sushil Kumar Agrawal. He said, “It was on February 2 last year that we had placed a letter of demand for the installation of a high mast light and construction of a boundary wall at Mukti Dham to parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahto who had promised to meet the demands. But till today, he has not kept his promise. Perhaps, it has eluded his mind.”
Dr Agrawal said that the MP had ensured the installation of high mast lights at several places. “We urge the parliamentarian to turn his attention towards the people of Jadugoda too,” he said.
