Jamshedpur, July 13: CBSE Class XII state topper in the Commerce stream, Hardik Agrawal of Gamharia who appeared from DAV School in Bistupur, scored 98.40 percent marks and has set his target on becoming a chartered accountant. Hardik is the son of Gamharia businessman Nathulal Agrawal and Mamata Agrawal a homemaker. Hardik said that is sole focus was on preparations for the examinations. He concentrated on the theory portions in the morning hours and preferred to delve into practical studies in the evening. “I was confident of scoring in the vicinity of 97 percent but getting 98.40 percent came as a very pleasant surprise for me and my folks at home.”
Hardik Agrawal whose elder sibling is pursuing his graduation course said that he will do his own graduation from Jamshedpur and simultaneously prepare for his chartered accountant’s course. He reasoned, “If I go to Kolkata or Delhi or some other city to study for my graduation and also prepare for chartered accountancy, I will not be able to concentrate and do justice to my objective. That is why I have made up my mind to study in Jamshedpur and along with it, prepare for my CA course. For graduation, one need not be very strict about the attendance factor in college here.”
Hardik attributes his success to his parents who have been very supportive towards him and his brother in their educational pursuits.
