Jamshedpur, June 12: ADL Society(ADLS) finally organised the much awaited ground breaking ceremony at Gwalpara school area Kadma Friday, June 12.

The school located in Sakchi will shift to Kadma once the construction is completed. The day witnessed a detailed bhoomi puja from 8am at the premises of Gwalpara slope school area were Chief Guest for the function Sunil Sunil Bhaskaran, Vice President, corporate services, Tata Steel unveiled the plaque for ground breaking of new school to be relocated to Kadma in presence of Guests of honour R. Ravi Prasad, President, Tata Workers Union (TWU), and BK Dinda, General Secretary, TWU.

Other distinguished guests who attended the function were Ashish Mathur, MD, Jusco, Ritu Raj Sinha, Chief, corporate services, Amitabh Bakshi, chief Procurement, Mr Chowdhury, Deputy VP, TWU and other important dignitaries of Tata Steel and Jusco.

The entire family of ADL Society which included the members of the management committee, staff of ADL Society schools added value to the ceremony by participating in the ceremony.

The deadline given by Tata Steel is two years for the final relocation of the school from Sakchi to Kadma to happen.

The ADL Society will be celebrating the centenary year in 2017 also making it an important year for relocation.
