Jamshedpur, Dec. 30: On day 5 of the Shrimad Bhagvat Katha Saptah Gyan Yagya at Vasundhra Estate on NH-33 on Monday, Vraj Nandan ShastriJi Maharaj from Vrindavan (Srikrishna Prem Ras Avatar) in his mellifluous voice spoke about the birth narrative context of Sri Krishna and Govardhan. He informed about the various forms of God through tableau and said that God sees the quality and merit of a person not the demerit.

Vraj Nandan Shastri informed, ‘Sinner is unscathed, impostor is not because sinner accepts the sin but impostor doesn’t plead guilty before the god also’.

Guests including RSS propagator Ravi Shankar, senior journalist Shashi Shekhar, BJP leader Devendra Singh, Vinod Singh, Uday Singhdev, Ramnath Singh, Sunil Joshi, Swati Chakarborty, Ajay Srivastav, Prakash Sharma, Lippu Sharma, Satish Singh, Mukesh Thakur, Vinod Sharma, Kumud Ranjan, Rakesh Singh, Arun Singh, Vijay Tiwary, Ramesh took blessings of Vraj Nandan Shastri and prayed for the peace and prosperity of Jharkhand.

The event is being hosted by Kiran Sharma, Uma Shankar Sharma Kripa Shankar Sharma, Krishna alias Kali Sharma. Jay Prakash Sharma, Vishwanath Sharma, Ravindra Kumar, Girija Shankar Sharma, Santosh Sharma, Anil, Ramanand Sharma and devotees in large numbers were also present.

The religious programme will continue till January 1, a Bhandara will be held on the concluding day of the programme. Vraj Nandan Shastri Ji Maharaj from Vrindavan presents Bhagwat Katha, which is consid­ered as an ultimate remedy to overcome miseries, daily at 3 pm till January 1.

Earlier on Wednesday, colourful procession comprising mostly women devotees started after the recitation of Vedic mantras. The Kalash Yatra (procession with individuals carrying pots of sacred water) also included a flower bedecked chariot on which the beautifully decorated statues of Radha and Krishna were carried and floats depicting the various episodes of the Bhagwath captured the attention of people on the roads through which the procession passed.
