Jamshedpur, Dec 1: BJP candidate from Jamshedpur West Devendra Nath Singh campaigned intensively on Sunday. He participated in padyatra at several places and appealed to voters to support him. He promised better facilities for youths to pursue higher education, measures to stop migration of youths from the constituency and better healthcare facilities at MGM Hospital.
At Sonari, Chief Minister Raghubar Das, Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato and Shailendra Mahato campaigned for Devendra Singh in Sonari. They started the campaign at Bhootnath Mandir and visited Balichela School, Kagalnagar, Sonari airport, main road and Gudri market before reaching nurse quarters. They appealed to voters to support Devendra Singh to form a stable and strong BJP government in the state.
The BJP workers visited various residential colonies in Sonari, Olidih and Kadma. Gita Singh, wife of Devendra Singh, participated in padyatra in Kadma. Went visited Bhatia Basti, Pratima Nagar, Bagebhatta and Baba Loknath Colony.
The campaigners included Sanjeev Sinha, Rita Mishra, Chunnu Bhumij, Amarendra Paswan, Rajeev Singh, Kishan Maharaj, Ravindra Singh, Vijay Tiwary, Chhotan Mishra, Shiv Prakash Sharma and Sandhya Nandi.
