Jamshedpur : School of Analytical Chemistry concluded at CSIR-NML. During 8 days programme, various scientific deliberations on various subject of Analytical Chemistry was discussed in depth by scientists from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC Mumbai) and CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur.
The deliberation benefitted 70 participants which are researcher scholars, lecturers and scientists from various part of India. The Chief Guest of the valedictory session, Shri D. Acharya, Chairman cum Managing Director, Uranium Corporation India Ltd. (UCIL) Jaduguda. In his address, he had praised the efforts made by BARC & CSIR-NML scientists. Director, CSIR-NML, Dr. S. Srikanth stress the need of such type of programme in future also, so that the dissemination of information from various experts to be transferred to the upcoming scientist / researchers.
Dr. A.V. R. Reddy, Head Analytical Chemistry Division, BARC Mumbai summarized the eight days programme and appreciated the effort of CSIR-NML scientist and staff in very efficient and profession manner. He also appreciated the effort made by Dr. A.K. Upadhaya, Secretary of the local organizing committee to make this programme grand success. Dr. R.K. Singhal, Scientist BARC, and Secretary AEACI had delivered the vote of thanks.
