Jamshedpur, Dec. 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing a massive rally in Jamshedpur on Tuesday stated that before 2014 Chief Minister in Jharkhand were changed at a pace with which not even weather of the state changed. “In 14 years Jharkhand has seen 10 Chief Ministers but I alone remained the Chief Minister of Gujarat for 13 years and see how the state has progressed. JMM and Congress are responsible for this instability,” said Modi amid cheers from the crowd. Selfish interests of Congress and JMM leaders were reason behind this. BJP put a halt to the era of instability and gave a full term Chief Minister to the state,” said PM Modi. Jharkhand CM chair was up for sale during Congress-JMM rule: PM
Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at the opposition alliance in Jharkhand, saying during their rule five years ago only reports of corruption and loot would come from the state.
Addressing a poll rally here, he said several Congress and JMM leaders are still facing trial in corruption cases.
“The Jharkhand chief minister’s chair was even up for sale during the Congress-JMM rule,” the prime minister said.
