Jamshedpur: Captain Tarun, patron of city-based social organization Tarun Mitra Mandali, will be contesting the state Assembly election from Jamshedpur West constituency. He purchased the nomination form at the Jamshedpur Collectorate on Wednesday. A pilot by profession, Captain Tarun said he would be filing nomination on 16th November. He said he would be contesting the election on the issues of education, unemployment and health.
