Jamshedpur : The BJP has register complaint with the SP against the misconduct and obscenity committed by Golmuri representative Aseem Pathak and his brother Anupam Pathak of Jamshedpur East with the woman resident of Nankanagar in Golmuri region for the last several days.
On Friday, BJP leaders led by BJP President Gunjan Yadav met SP Subhash Chandra Jat along with the son of the victim and demanded justice by informing them about the incident. During this, District President Gunjan Yadav complained about the atrocities being committed by the MLA Saryu Rai’s Golmuri representative Aseem Pathak and his brother Anupam Pathak with the neighboring woman.
He said that forcibly removing a family that has been living for more than 30 years is condemnable. The MLA representative and his brother have been trying to evict him for the last several months. The electricity and water connections of the house have been cut. This type of incident does not suit civilized society.
Talking to the media, he said that DC had ordered action in this case by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, but even after so many days, the administration did not take any concrete initiative in this direction. The torture and torture by the MLA representative has increased even after the Chief Minister ordered justice for the victimized woman. He has demanded the security of the victim woman and her two sons to the district administration.
During this time Mithlesh Singh Yadav, Khemlal Chaudhary, Appa Rao, Rakesh Singh, Babua Singh, Manjeet Singh, Kalyani Sharan, Bhupendra Singh, Sushant Panda, Ajay Singh and others were present.
