Jamshedpur, Sept 13: The demise of the first BJP East Singhbhum District rural president and the party’s candidate during the last Vidhan Sabha election Tahsildar Hansda was mourned by leaders. Former state Chief Minister Raghubar Das in a tweet expressed his grief on hearing of Hansda’s death. He prayed for the peace of the veteran leader’s souls and for providing fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
BJP district president Gunjan Yadav described Tahsildar Hansda as a true soldier of the party. He said in his condolence message, “The party has lost a sincere soldier. Tahsildar Hansda played an invaluable role in establishing the BJP credential in Ghatshila. He took upon himself the responsibility of several party projects and executed them successfully. His commitment to the party will remain a source of inspiration and he will never be forgotten. The entire BJP family will always remain by his family’s side.”
