Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit of Bharatiya Janata Party celebrated the 67th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Seva Diwas on Monday. Led by district president, Dinesh Kumar, the party members launched a cleanliness drive at Mango bus stand. The chief guest of the occasion was the MP of Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato. The party members appealed to the bus drivers, staff, shop keepers and commuters to ensure that they keep their workplace and surroundings clean by putting in some effort everyday.
As per the pre planned programme of the party, many units of BJP celebrated the PM’s birthday by planting saplings in their respective areas and office premises. Cakes were also cut to mark the occasion. Among those who participated in the celebrations included Pawan Agrawal, Sanjeev Singh, Bhupendra Sngh, Bari Murmu, Rakesh Singh, Vikram Chandrakar, Amarjeet Singh Raja, Bimal Baitha, Dhruv Mishra, Probir Chaterjee Rana and Ramesh Nag.
