Jamshedpur, May 10: Members of All Jharkhand Mukhi Samaj launched a mass contact programme in different parts of the city on Friday. They were led by state vice president Baiju Mukhi and general secretary Hari Mukhi. They went to Carriage Colony, Harijan Basti, Tina Kholi, Jugsalai, Parsudih, Sarjamda, Baridih and Harijan Basti.
Addressing people, the outfit leaders said the Mukhi community members should unite and elect a single candidate. They said the country needs a strong and stable government.
Among those who participated in the campaign included Vikas Mukhi, Buchi Mukhi, Rani Mukhi, Nandlal Nayak, Vishwanath Mukhi, Ashok Mukhi, Munna Mukhi, Nirmal Bag, Keshto Sona, Lalmohan Karuwa, Munna Sona and Sunil Mukhi.
