Jamshedpur: One of the oldest socio-cultural organizations of the steel city, The Bengal Club in association with Bansi Bose Music Foundation which is dedicated to the promotion of Hindustani classical music will organize the Annual music conclave on Saturday, June 15 from 7 pm. The program will be organized at The Bengal Club auditorium in Sakchi.
Among the internationally renowned artistes to perform on the day will be Ivy Banerjee who will open the proceeding with a semi classical vocal number. She will be accompanied on the tabla by Kolkata’s reputed tabaliya Biswajit Deb and on harmonium by Somnath Bardhan.
Born in Jamshedpur with an international acclaim, Sitarist Pandit Ashim Chowdhury will display his brilliance with redoubtable tabaliya Pandit Partho Sarathi Mukherjee.
