Jamshedpur, Sept 12: AJSU Party district president Kanhaiya Singh chaired a meeting to contemplate on and discuss booth strategies and responsibilities. The meeting was held at Haludbani in Parsudih. Block secretary Sachin Prasad conducted the meeting. All Panchayat in-charges, their deputies and active party members as well as booth officials were present in the meeting. They were advised to involve women in respective booths in awareness drives regarding the various development work performed by the government in its five year tenure.
Guest at the meeting, state minister and leading party functionary Ram Chandra Sahis was present. He urged all present to reach out to the people and discuss the various development schemes launched successfully by the government in its five year tenure and make them aware of the government’s policies, aims and objectives. Sahis said that they should also discuss the AJSU Party’s ideology with the masses and enhance the strength of the party.
State Minister Sahis observed, “All booth officials should discharge their responsibilities fully so that poll victory in each booth is assured. Victory at booth levels ensures victory for the MLA and MP. AJSU proceeds in line with the party’s visions and commitments. The people have high expectations of us and have reposed their faith on our party chief Sudesh Mahto.”
Kanhaiya Singh said that the water towers nearing construction at Bagbera and Govindpur were the results of Minister Sahis’ initiative. He said that the party’s commitment was to ensure social justice and development and added that the booth strength led to the party’s strength.
A similar meeting was also held in the factory premises of PK Singh in Govindpur. A large number of women also attended the meeting. Those present in the meeting included Rajendra Singh, Lalit Singh, Sanjay Singh, Kanta Devi, Chandreshwar Pandey, Vinay Singh and officials of 10 Panchayats.
The meeting at Haludbani was also addressed by Swapan Kumar Singhdev, Pranab Majumdar, Kanika Devi, Appu Tiwary, Manik Mallik and Somu Bhowmick.
