IITF 2013 open for business visitors till 18th November

Jamshedpur: With several enhanced facilities for the Indian and overseas visitors, the on-going India International Trade Fair 2013 has been offering a conductive environment for meaningful business generation in different pavilions at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
For the convenience and convenience of the overseas visitors and exhibitors, an International Business Visitors Lounge (IBVL) has been functioning at Gate No.1, Bhairon Marg, Pragati Maidan. The facilitation services at the Lounge are available to the overseas trade delegations, visiting the fair under the aegis of trade associations and other recognized nodal business groups, on the recommendation of their respective Missions in India or the Indian Missions in their respective countries.
The facilities at IBVL include registration, escorted visits to various Halls, foreign exchange counters and cyber services.
For hassle-free visits of VVIPs and overseas business delegation and further diluting traffic congestion at Gate No.3, Mathura Road, this year, the protocol has been functioning at IBVL, Bhairon Road.
Facilities are also available for all business visitors to the fair at Gate Nos.1,2,7 and 10 till November 18, 2013. Visitors entering the fair with business entry tickets may come to the Centre located at any of these gates and collect a free kit comprising list of exhibitors, map of Pragati Maidan etc.
on producing their business card.
The tickets will be available at Metro Rail Stations (DMRC), ITPO Counters (Gate No.1, 2 at Bhairon Road). DMRC will sell return journey token opposite Halls 12/12A near Gate No.10. Ticket counters will open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on week days and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm on weekend (Saturday/Sunday/Holiday).
There will be free entry for senior citizens and physically challenged. Attendant to senior citizens and physically challenged has to purchase ticket as per the rate applicable on the particular day.
Visitor’s entry into Pragati Maidan, is permitted from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm IITF 2013, will remain open for the visitors from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, on all days during November 14-27, 2013.
