Ranchi, April 18: Reviewing the registered complaints with Mukhya Mantri Jan Samvad Kendra, Secretary to the Chief Minister Sunil Kr. Barnwal was cross with the police officers showing slackness regarding rape and murder of grandmother and grand-daughter of Bhabhri, Gumla.

He directed to write to DGP to take action against the police officers giving dereliction in the double murder case. He also directed to seal the basement of newly constructed Risabh Apartments for constructing office instead of giving parking place.

Regarding contractual appointment of 7 service providers under MSDP in Simdega, Mr. Barnwal directed the nodal officer to ask Simdega DC why contractors are not being paid after availing the service. He directed to adjust the service providers from the salary of district welfare officer.

For not paying the whole amount to Subojit Sarkar of Dumka against dova making, the Sec directed to show cause the land conservation officer and asked why he should not be suspended. He directed to dispose it before Saturday. He directed the nodal officers of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Dept. to write to all DCs to make the payment soon after dova construction.

The nodal officers of Hazaribag and Godda have been show caused for their dereliction in disposing registered complaints. At the same time, he appreciated the efforts of Addl. Collector, Lohardaga.

The Addl. Collectors of Dhanbad and Hazaribag have been show caused for not disposing the pending complaints. He asked Addl. Collectors of Dhanbad why even after the decree of the hon’ble High Court, the places were re encroached and no action was taken against the officer-in-charge who did nothing to remove the encroachment. He directed all Addl. Collectors to dispose the pending cases in one week.
